I arrived home from Utah yesterday at 1 AM. I ended up passing through states I have never been to which include Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and then finally Utah. On the way back home I took a different route further north and passed through Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, and then picked up states I'd already been too until I got home. Seeing all the different environments was absolutely incredible. There were plenty of spectacular visual scenes as I drove through early morning hours and straight into the dead of night. Making my way through what I believe from my research is the Flint Hills (using I-70 west) in Kansas during sunset was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever witnessed. The Rocky Mountains were impressive too! Although I didn't really take that many photos on this trip, I did manage to capture a couple of good scenes. I'll be posting what I have starting tomorrow.
